This is truly awe-inspiring!
I love the amount of different techniques of yours you've been able to combine into this one character.
The overall effects here are really eye-catching! I love how bright his breath seems, as the colours vary in tone and swirl in on each other!
Same goes for the icicles that you've included on his body! Their varying colour, sizes and shapes give it a lot of depth, as well as that shiny effect we know all know ice to give off.
I really admire his character design too, he is obviously still a dragon, but he has many other elements to make him seem more original! Such as the nimble legs and plated back, that seem to give off an insect-like vibe!
His mane is just beautiful too! The way the small bits of snow fall off it adds quite a lot of detail!
